Workshop – Fish 101

Filleting a fish can be a difficult task as it requires confidence, knowledge and technique. Whether you’re trying to learn how to filet, cook, or cure a fish we will introduce you to variety of techniques, so you do not have to overcook your fish anymore. Also, learn about sustainable fish and shopping advice for the freshest fish that is available at your local grocery stores.

This is a hands-on course that will introduce you to filet a round fish focusing on knife skills and learn how to sear, grill, cure and poach your fish.
As a bonus, I will prepare a few dishes and talk about recipes to incorporate fish into your weekly meals for you to try.
